Blogger Opportunity: Classical Stretch Giveaway

Most people want to get into better shape, sometimes they just can't find the program that will help them reach their goals. Why not offer your readers just such a program?



I just signed up for the "Classical Stretch" giveaway. The program is for women 25 an older.

The founder, Mirand Esmonde-White has spent her lifetime dancing. Her exercise system evolved from her studio as she studied her own movements and those of her students. She became known for her healing musculoskeletal issues such as back pain and leg problems for toning, lengthening and slenderizing her students’ bodies.
