What is required to join? 

• Fill out this form with your information!
• You will receive an email from Teri within 5 business days, confirming your participation. If you do not, please email her at teri@momtobedby8.com
• Then on or around June 30^th you will receive another email with the html code for publishing the giveaway. It is required that you publish the giveawayhtml in full to be included in this event.

NON-PUBLISHERS –  Non-publishers will be allowed to participate as well. Meaningbusiness, blogs, etc may join without being required to publish the giveaway html. The cost to join this event as a non-publisher is $50 for 2 links.

Referral prize: The blogger who refers the most bloggers and/or businesses to join will receive $50 via paypal or amazon e-code.
